These terms apply to your use of tyfreightforwarder.com and to quote requests submitted to TY Freight Forwarder (“TY Freight”). Freight contracts for actual shipments are confirmed separately in writing (email, WhatsApp, or Alibaba Trade Assurance).

Quotes are not a booking
Website and WhatsApp quotes are estimates based on the details you provide. Rates, transit times, and duties can change with carrier space, cargo specs, HS codes, and destination. A shipment is booked only after both sides confirm the rate and terms in writing. Alibaba Trade Assurance, if used, starts after that confirmation — not from the first inquiry.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate cargo description, value, dimensions, and destination.
- Do not tender prohibited, undeclared, or restricted goods without telling us in advance.
- Pay according to the agreed method (for example bank transfer, PayPal, or Alibaba) before we release cargo as specified in the booking.
