Before You Book Freight
Create the shipment in Seller Central, download the FC address and labels, and send them to us. Changing the FC after the container sails causes delays.
Delivery Day
Truck delivery to the FC. Have a contact phone on the booking. We track from Guangzhou until the carrier confirms delivery.
If Amazon Changes the FC
Tell us immediately. Rerouting after arrival in Europe is possible but adds time and cost.
